You guess?
Code:
Private Sub Document_ContentControlOnExit(ByVal ContentControl As ContentControl, Cancel As Boolean) Msgbox "You exited a CC so I fired" Select Case ContentControl.Tag Case "type" Msgbox "Since my tag is ""type"" I'm going to keep cooperating." If ContentControl.Range.Text = "Litigation / Litige" Then MsgBox "Some notification" End Select End Sub |

There is nothing wrong with the event. It is doing exactly what it is coded to do. You CC list item has a trailing space in it. Fix that or add the space to the code and it will work fine.

Nothing happens is not very helpful. If you won't help yourself then there is little I can do. The code works fine as I hope the zipped video will illustrate.
Do you have macros enabled with notification in your Trust Center settings? |

You might ask your IT what is the point of purchasing a flagship Word Processor if they are then going to restrict its performance with global ill thought out settings. It is bit like purchasing and Ferrari and disconnecting a few spark plugs.
