If you want to change the resolution of the image, it is best to modify the images BEFORE you import them into Word. Free image editing tools like IrfanView can modify a folder full of images so that they are all a fixed size and resolution. Then you won't need a macro to modify the images in Word at all. And specialised bitmap editors do a much better job of changing image resolution than Word does.

Note that if the images are not already in the ratio of 6:8 (ie 3:4) then you will need to either crop or distort the image to achieve this exact size.
