Default Adding Quick Parts Programmatically

I saw a AutoCorrect generator in which you create a simple two columns (wrong/right) table in word and run the macro to import the entries to the autocorrect table.

My idea is to do the same thing with quick parts (name/quick part), this is possible? Any idea of a code to do that?

Thanks.

Thank you. I've seen this page, but it's a bit complex.
I think I'll continue with my macro to insert text based on my 100 docx files.
Although it seems to be "archaic" it seems to be much simpler to insert, templates, manage, etc. I just need to manage the folder/files and a a simple userform with combobox to select the file.
Maybe have some advantage using autotext/building blocks?
Thanks

Maybe http://www.gmayor.com/Boiler.htm will help? It will insert a selection of documents, in any order, from up to eight pre-defined folders, plus a selected folder; or a list of documents in an Excel worksheet.
