Default Word document code

Hello everyone,

Long story short:
We hava a template used for creating reports in a different program, and as far as i can see, this template uses Microsoft Word Document actions pane.
In the template there are a lot of drop-down list where the values can be chosen (size, time, etc).

Our problem is: not enough values. As an example on page 2, Analyte Peak review picture there is an "y-axis min" drop down, are the values are 10.000 and then 100.000.
I would like to add values in between e.g. 50.000 to make the work easier.

I would just to know how to get to the code (if possible) to add additional values.
If anyone knows what program (e.g. Visual Basic), what add on, etc. do I need to do that, the rest I can take care of.
Thank you
