Hi Graham,

I filled out the contact form via your website awhile back. I tried to save the 3.1 version in my Word startup folder however, it reverts back to the older version. Word will not allow me to delete the old version, and it inactivates the 3.1 version in the Options--Add Ins. When I go to Advanced--File Location--Startup--Modify, no 3.1 Word Batch Print file shows up. When I go to batch print in Word, it says it is the 3.1 version, however, none of my Word docs show up (from any folder). If you have any further suggestions, I would most appreciate it. It is important for me to be able to have this function. Thank you, again!
