Default Check to show image and/or Cover page

Hi, previously had an issue of having a checkbox show an image in the header that I got solved. It work great uo to a point.

Now as, things develop I'm looking help to try and solve another similar issue. My problem stems from my original query.

I have a checkbox that, when clicked, show an image in the header. This then repeats throughout the other pages. Again, exactly as I wanted it.

I have one document that has portrait then landscape then portrait, where the header size needs to be different. Information is the same, only the table that make the header needs to be stretched.

The reason for the checkbox scenario is that I have one document that is a report. On occassions a customer will want a particular type of test done which will require a logo inserted and maybe extra text to explain the type of testing that was done. The logo is the important part.

Questions:
1. Can a checkbox insert a text box as well as an image in a cover page?
2. Can a checkbox be linked to two images in the header at once or do I need another checkbox?
3. Do you think I am limited in what I can do by having a table in the header?
4. Can the image appear across section breaks?

I've attached an example.

Regards

1 - Yes but why not save the complete coverpage as a coverpage building block and insert it in your document (or not) as required following the examples used by Microsoft.
2 - Yes - you can process any images as required.
3 - Not as long as the relevant ranges are addressed. A table is a sensible way to layout the types of header (or footer) you are using. You can write to any part of the table using a macro.
4 - What does this mean? What image? If you mean they different versions of the header and footer for landscape pages vis-à-vis portrait pages then again use building blocks to hold the appropriate headers and footers and insert them as required. However see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...apeSection.htm (but see it quickly as this page will only be available for another week - as the mvps site is shutting down).

What is not clear is how the checkbox is used or even where it is located? There are no macros in your document, so it is impossible to judge how you are using them.
