Default Stange Macros in Word. Help me figure out what it is

Hello
I've received mail from our boss, with word file attaches. Mail had been sent from IOS device. So wen opening it asks for permission to run macros. I familiar with macroses for Excel, but I've never wrote macros for word.
So I attach macros in txt file so u guys could help me figure out what this macros for, and what it intended to do ?!

That code has been deliberately obfuscated to make it hard to read. This may be because:
1. The author doesn't want anyone picking through their intellectual property
2. The author has written a virus and wants to make it hard for someone to work out.

I couldn't spot anything dangerous from a brief look and I would say it is more likely that the code is innocent. However, unless you have a good reason for running the macro, it is safer to avoid running it.
