Default Creating Chart using VB textbox value

hi,



I have a table which uses VB control objeccts like text box which are basically using for outputting numbers. I have to collect those numbers and make a chart for it. I have used Microsoft Excel Chart from Insert-> Objects menu so anyone can tell me how to do take those output value and make a chart of. These output numbes will change depending on the input. The below red cross box are the VB text box which has some numbers so taking these below 4 numbers( red cross) and make a pie chart of it or any other gragh in word.




Can anyone plz help me out ..Its really urgent..
