Default How do I trigger my VBA code from a document

I need to be able to produce labels using mail merge using a list produced in Excel
I want to be able to automate the MSWord part of this.
I have recorded a macro to do the job which works if i launch the code from the VBA editor.
I would like to be able to have my users do this from the document. I have no idea how to do this and would appreciate some help.

Mailmerge from an established mailmerge main document typically requires nothing more than clicking on 'Finish & merge', then choosing the output destination. What aspect(s) do you want to automate?

Thanks for you response. I had not realised that I could just click Finish& Merge. This does work when I open the Word Document manually.
However if the document is opened from within Excel, in the shape of the Word Icon at the bottom of my screen, and |I click on it, the "Mailings" tab contents are greyed out except for the "start mailing ". If I could overcome that I would be ecstatic!

LoftySuth: Please see my reply in your other thread: https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...tml#post103474

Kindly don't pose essentially the same question in multiple threads - especially not in someone else's current thread.
