Button in Header switches document to Draft View
Hi,
I am using Word 2010 on Windows 7 with some VBA to calculate progress as the user checks boxes. I have an Active-X button in the header of my document that unchecks all of the check-boxes in the document and puts the progress at 0. The code and calculations work properly, but when I click the reset button, the document view is automatically switched from "Print View" to "Draft View." Is there any way to prevent this? -Matt |

On the face of it, if you save your document as a template and create new documents from it, the button should not be necessary.
If you have a button in the header, you have to open the header view in order to access the button, which surely can't be good? However have you considered adding a line to the button code to change the view back to what you require it to be?
