Default Get Paragraph index from bookmark starting index

Hello ! Here i am again

I want to write in a Word document starting from bookmark index.
From now i was working in a empty word document so i wrote into the first paragraph.

Today (working in final document) i want to get the index paragraph corresponding to my bookmark starting index.
I already get the bookmark index and know how to write from specified paragraph index.
I don't know how to link both.
Any help will be apreciated !

BR,
Vincent

There is no need to get a bookmark's 'index' to write to its range. See, for example:

Thanks for those examples but it won't fill flow data (LabVIEW) i have emplemented.

My program get all files from a project folder with all icones associated, hierarchy level, and other items. I need this link to keep my program coherent with all other cases.(langages/export format, ...)
Any way to link both ?

BR,
Vincent

I can't see how your reply has anything to do with the applicability of the links I gave showing how you can work with a bookmarked range. Did you even try it?

Indeed i didn't explain the whole thing ;
My bookmark is deleted and it returns its starting index. Then i build my tree recursively with all my items and write the new tree into Word Document.
My final document doesn't have any bookmark in it.
That's why i can't update or replace my bookmark.
I did try a lot (only can get bookmark starting index or paragraph index).
I am trying to move cursor to starting index in order to start writing to it but i hope there is simplier way...

Vincent

Your bookmark wouldn't be deleted with the code in the links. If whatever other code you're using deletes a bookmark, there would then be no way for Word to return anything about where it might have been.

I have no idea what you mean by 'arborescence' or, hence 'i build my arborescence recursively'

I have updated my previous post. I apologize, "arborescence" means "tree".
In other words, how to write in a word document at specific index ?
