I inherited a template at work. This "variance Analysis Template" works fine for me, it is a basic fillable form but the key is the photo box that opens a dialogue to my picture folder and sizes the selected picture to the size of that box. However I would like the text "Click here to add photo" to be hidden text that shows but does not print. When I edit this line of text to do so, the macro no longer works.
Anyone know how to fix? |

No, but after the user adds the picture your could simply delete the macrobutton field.

You might also replace all those form fields with content controls, including a picture content control. The macro to resize the picture would be unnecessary, avoiding the need for macros, which you cannot force users to run, and there is then no need to protect the form.
