Is there a way to fill a plain text/ rich text content control and it fill the other content controls with the same title and tag, I am currently using the ab| text form field and then using the {REF Text1}, but it look as good.

Jake,

For the benefit of others who may read this discussion, can you be more specific? There is no such thing as a "Quick Parts" content control so what did actually do to achieve your goal of repeating text?

If you go onto the insert tab on word, then go to quick parts, document property and choose abstract, then go onto the developer tab an go onto the properties of it and change the title and tag to something meaningful and then copy and paste that box where you need it and they will be linked, that is how I did it. I wasn't sure if you could do it another way though as the building block gallery has quick parts when you use that, haven't used it my self though so not sure.

Ok. Paul didn't provide the best link to address your question. The method you used is described in section 7 here: http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html

BTW you can use a method similar what you had done previously. 1) Add a content control, 2) select and bookmark it and 3) Add a Ref field referencing the bookmark.

Yes, there is a "Building Block Gallery" content control and it does by default load the "Quick Parts" building block gallery, but will not repeat data unless mapped to a CustomXMLPart.
