Default Importing Macros

Is there any other way to import or install macros without having to go into the VB editor. I have tryed using a .dotm file, and I can load the macros automatically by using that, but the macros are not showing up when i try to add them to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Is there a place on your hard drive that you can drop the .bas file or something in order to get these macros installed.
