Default Using an autoform to paste prewritten data

Hello, first time posting on the forum, sorry if i do anything wrong.

I am trying to figure out how to make a userform with about 20 tick boxes on a few different tabs.
I would like the tick boxes to paste a few paragraphs of text each, that i have Pre-written somewhere else.

I have been looking on various websites for days, but I can't seem to find anything.

I think it is because i don't know what you would call this type of userform?

See, for example: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...html#post76386
Most examples you'll find are like the above link, in that the content to be written to the bookmark is in the code itself, not "Pre-written somewhere else".

i can't see anything there that really helps, perhaps i didn't explain it clearly.

I have a manual i am going to be sending out with various changes on each depending on what work was done, it may include electrical work, security and/or fire . So i would like to be able to tick boxes, or buttons and it paste the correct manual into the document.

There is also alot of sub options such lighting, sockets etc etc.

I hope once i can figure this out it will cut my work down alot in the long run.

The code in the link shows how to populate a bookmark from a userform; it's up to you to edit the output strings to add the content you want.

Thanks for your help,

I went back and learned how to use VBA from the ground up rather than trying to start in the middle and got decent results.

Still have so much more to learn, but thats the fun part!
