Default How to automatically enable macros upon opening the Word?

Hi,

I am wondering how to automatically enable the macros upon opening a Word document with macros and user forms? So that Users don't have to manually enable them by responding to the Security Warning.

The same question applies to Excel file with macros or user forms.

Thanks anyone with suggestions or advice!

Laurie

You can't.

Users can set their own security settings to allow this but that is not a sound security practice. Users can also created trusted file locations and place files with VB procedures in those trusted location. A security prompt does not appear when files are opened from trusted locations.
