Default How to automatically enable macros upon opening the Word?

Hi,

I am wondering how to automatically enable the macros upon opening a Word document with macros and user forms? So that Users don't have to manually enable them by responding to the Security Warning.

The same question applies to Excel file with macros or user forms.

Thanks anyone with suggestions or advice!

Laurie
