Delete Bookmarks in Footnotes

Hey Guys, I've looked everywhere for this one and come up empty. I have documents that have a lot bookmarks and I need to delete just the footnote bookmarks. I have code to delete all bookmarks in docs, but I need to keep the text body bookmarks. I can use paste plain text, but there is formatting that gets deleted. Thanks for your help-

Thanks Greg, works great. The reason I posted here is that after using paste plain text in another template it wiped out formatting in the footnotes. All fixed now-thanks guys.
