Hello Paul,
Seasons greetings this day! I have added that line - as per instructions - here are the results http://tinypic.com/r/2qvw4zl/9 It is adding it around the paragraph for the first style of words. For the second heading style - its adding all the placeholders - including the ones for the first style Have a great day! J |

You may need to run two versions of the macro: one for paragraph Styles with the added .Text expression; and one for character Styles without it

Hi Paul,
thanks for all the help. It works perfectly for all the headings. I promise this time round I had the styles. I still have the other 2 that you kindly helped with. Some times I swear its word and then you have me - 2 clumsy together can only be a recipe for disaster. Saying that I am getting better with my coding skills. Just need time and patience! This is great for now. Thanks for all the awesome help! J Happy New Year! Please Mark as Solved |
