Default Clearing form

Hi All, I created a fillable form in Word, and would like to be able to clear the form via VBA. I have a number of ActiveX checkboxes and plain text form controls. I looked online but haven't really found anything helpful...

Save the form as a template (unfilled) and create new documents from it. The new documents will always match the template. This will also ensure that wanted data isn't inadvertently overwritten.
