Default Form Driven Date/Time Calculations

First off, I hope I'm in the correct forum!

Problem statement: I currently maintain a document that contains dates and times scattered throughout the document. These dates and time can be repeated in multiple sections of the document. Updating this document for each activity is tedious and prone to error.

Question: Is there a way I can update a table or form within the document and have it calculate 3 different time zones and auto-populate multiple sections of the document?

Sorry, I know this probably opens the door to many questions and there may be several options that can handle this. I would love your advice and direction but would also be interested in any publication that's has good direction in this area.

Thanks in advance! Dnunnally

You only need to enter each date or time once then see http://gregmaxey.com/Repeating_Data.htm for an assortment of ways of reproducing the date/time elsewhere.
