Default Paste not the same

I want to paste a html table in a word document. In clipboar i have only "HTML Format". My problem is that if i use Ctrl+V or Edit\Paste the table looks the way that i what it to be.

Now if i use VBA to paste the same table i get somethig different:
The lines that have merged cells are paste wrong.

Is there something i can do to get the expested result?

I am slightly confused and not sure what you meant for.

However, just try out this solution this might help you.

Copy the HTML table and just paste it into the Word document
(using ctrl+V). Then select the table press Ctrl+spacebar (it will change the styles turn to normal) and press Alt+ctrl+U to remove border and shading.

Like i said i want to do this from VBA(VSTO actually but i'll converted to it) not manually because manually the copy/paste function work fine.

My problem is that i have to copy paste the html table almost every week with two or more html files. So i want to automate this process, but i can't change the way the manual works.
