Default How-to: Add a quickpart, field or Building Block Gallery Content Control based on a UserForm

Hi All,

Spinning my wheels!

So, I am trying to create a UserForm in a template file that when the user selects either from a drop-down or radio button, the template auto-updates with a table. I was thinking I could either bookmark the various tables or use a different variable for the each tables, and then define this in the code.

How can you define a bookmark or a variable as a quickpart?

I've started by creating a Building Block Gallery Content Control. Can I import this into the UserForm and then have this populate in the Word Doc?

Thanks so much for any help or even a good link!
