Idiot Proof Entry with InputBox
I am trying to find a way to create a macro or something that would simply pop up a box asking for input. This would be simply input like first name, last name, address.
I am trying to get it so I can have First Name, Last Name, Address, and an appointment date entered and then automatically placed to their corresponding places in a word document. Mainly trying to get this done without the use of templates as I do not have admin access to our computer systems and it would just take more work to get it implemented to all who use this form if at all possible. |

You would need to create a macro enabled document/template with a userform - see http://www.gmayor.com/Userform.htm for the basics.
