Form with fillin boxes at top
I saw a document(MS2013) in word that has boxes at the top to fill in criteria throughout the multi page document. I wanted to duplicated this fiction but wasn't sure what it was called or how to even search for how to do this.
And ideas? Disclaimer: I know how to create forms and do very simple macros and I'm MOS Certified |

I would assume that you were looking at Content Controls. The best source of information on using that functionality would be on Greg Maxey's website.
This link should get you started although there are multiple pages on that site worth visiting... http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html
