Code to disable spacing between cells in table properties
Hi, I am looking for a way to have a macro disable the option "Allow spacing between cells" in the Table Properties, Options dialog in Word 2010.
"Selection.Tables(1).Spacing = 0" sets the spacing between cells to zero but leaves it enabled. I want to disable it. Is this possible? I can't find anything else that addresses this setting. Thanks. |

AFAIK, there is no way to control the built-in dialog.

That is what I suspected, although I was hoping for a different answer. How annoying! But thanks for the response.

Isn't this controlled by the table style? Why do you need a macro to do it?
You can modify the default table style to have the table cell properties you prefer.
