Word newbie...

Let's assume I have 2 tables on my Word document.

What I want is when I type text into a cell on the first table it puts the content of that cell into a specific cell in table #2 either at the same time or when I tab out of the cell? Possible? Any documentation or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
