You ask for specific, yet your request is vague.
What do you want to store and where? In a Word document? In a text file? In an Excel worksheet? In an Access database? Where do you want that file to be saved? And by 'unique file' do you mean a single file to collate all the logged information or a file unique to each document? Storing file names doesn't present a problem, though you should note that a document doesn't have a filename immediately upon creation - it only gets its file name once you have saved it. 'Specific lines' needs you to be specific about what lines you mean. VBA doesn't do guesswork.
