i have many paragraph with different color text
i need split and create new paragraph after color code.
for example after reed color in text > create a new paragraph

You don't need a macro for that - you can do it via Find Replace, where you specify the font colour as the Find parameter and use ^&^p as the Replace expression.

You could record it as a macro...
