Smile Need help with a template based letter

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me, I am completely new to programming in word. Let me explain what I am trying to achieve:

I have a small business and quite often we have to write out to our customers. We have about 5 pre-written letters which we send out on the same template.

Basically I would like to create a template which when opens up pops up with a dialog box where you have to type in the customers name, address and other details which will populate onto the letter when clicked OK and choose from a drop down menu which of the 5 letters will populate with main body of the letter.

I hope that is clear.

Can anybody give me any information on how I would do this?

Many thanks,
Jenny.
