If all the questions and answers are to go into the same column, presumably they'd be on different rows. For any given question, which row does the correct answer go in.
FWIW, for data processing you'd usually have the questions and answers arranged so they're all on one row, for example: Q#,Question,Correct,Answer A,Answer B,Answer C,Answer D 43,Which of the following?,C,Answer,Answer,Answer,Answer 44,Which of the following?,A,Answer,Answer,Answer,Answer Your thread title also refers to a desire 'to bold specific lines and Macro to turn into CSV'. Please note that CSV files don't support formatting of any kind - there are plain text files.
