Default Command button to show userform suddenly stopped working

I have a command button on a document that is supposed to show a userform I've been making. It worked seamlessly all day yesterday and today I come in to work and for the life of me I can't get it to work. Nothing has changed, and it suddenly does nothing. I've tried renaming it, i've tried deleting it and starting over with a new command button...nothing. When I try and run if from VB I get a "Run-time error '430': Class does not support Automation or does not support the expected interface".

*EDIT* I scrapped the document and started over from the original template after exporting the form and then importing it into the new document and creating a command button to show the form and now it works. I've changed nothing so I'm not confident that this problem won't pop up again.
