Ladies and Gentleman,
I need the end user to be able click on the attaged outline image of the human body and leave red dots or circles wherever he/she clicks. The form the image is on would then be saved and/or printed, so the marked areas could be reviewed later. Background: Somehow I've been put in charge of "digitizing" our intake forms at our small healthcare institution--very small operation, so far building forms with MS Word Developer tools has worked great. (I am a rank amateur with no real programming experience.) However, this one has me stumped. Right now the nurse assesses the patient's skin and marks on the diagram (on a piece of paper) the location of any skin issues. I need them to be able to do that on a MS Word form. Should be simple, right? Thanks |
