To the extent you're relying on calculated offsets, it appears your paragraph with the string:

doesn't conform to it's Style definition, and that's increasing the point spacing between it and the paragraph that follows, by 7.2 points. Curiously, if I tell Word to update the UB2 Style definition to match that paragraph's break (or the others in red), the problem goes away, but not if I do the same on some of the other paragraphs with the same Style and apparent paragraph formatting.
