Hi I am creating a form in word 2010 and I am using lots of drop down boxes.
Basically what I need is if the user selects an option from the first drop down box the second box will then provided options relating to the answer in box 1. EG: if Sales is selected in box 1 a list of names of the sales staff will be in box 2 but if HR is selected in box 1 box 2 will have a life of the HR staff. Please help! |

See attached. What you've described requires a ContentControlOnExit macro, which you'll find in the document's 'ThisDocument' module. The conditional text for each dependent option is held as comma-delimited strings in the 'StrOut' variable populated by the 'Select Case' statement.
