Default Problem with AutoClose macro and Word 2003

Hello,
I've some problem with Auto Macros in Word 2003 (Windows XP).

I've created simple document with "AutoClose" (or "Document_Close") macro and put it on the web server.
When I open this document with Internet Explorer on the workstation where Word 2003 is installed (I've checked on the 3 different machines) none of the macros are triggered ?
Using Word 2000 or 2007 both macros works fine. Moreover, if I open this document with Word 2003 via Mozilla Firefox it works ok either. If I use Word 2003 embedded in Internet Explorer (option "Browse in same window" checked) it works ok too.

Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings,
cholo
