VBA Code for a SUBMIT button in a Word form
We have designed a form in Word 2010 using form controls. We would like to add a SUBMIT button that would automatically email the attached form to a specific email address. Any ideas on the button code necessary to accomplish this task?
P.S. We are new to this forum. How do we search the forum for pre-existing answers to this question? We do not see a search field. |

Don't have an answer to main question. Seach, though, is one of the options on the ribbon along the top.
I would look into some of Greg and Dian Chapman's writings. I suspect this question has been around as long as Word forms. This page will give you some links. Look under Additional Written (and Web) Resources near the top. The page, itself, will not answer your question. Making Forms with Microsoft Word To help those who know more than I assist you, can you detail how you are creating your form? - Content Controls? - Legacy form fields in a protected form? - ActiveX controls? |

You may want to take a look at the code in Graham Mayor's Add-In Many To One. While dealing with mailmerge, it does have code to create email attachments.
