multiple choice question
Hello,
i am trying to type questions with with multiple choice answers (A -D) but for every question i typed it carries multiple choice answers (A -D) . so i have to keep typing A B C D for all questions which are more than 500. i will like to create a userform with text boxes for questions and the multiple choice answers so that the userform can feed the document when enter key is pressed or may be a VBA that when i typed a question which are numbered by auto number, then hit the tab key , it insert (A) then i can type the answer there, the next tab key hit moves a tab space and inserts (B) That goes the same with (C) (D). i just want to avoid typing in option (A) (B) (C) (D) manually and option (A) (B) (C) (D) are arranged horizontally not vertically any idea or a better solution please ? |

instead of looking for a macro solution, you should consider creating a custom quick part consisting of your (A) (B) (C) (D) options. Then, whenever you want to add a new set, simply insert the custom quick part. See: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...010370568.aspx
