The data in your latest post are the formfield contents. We do not need that for a macro to migrate the data, what we need are the formfield bookmark names for the field containing the data you want to transfer. You seem to have 850+ formfields in the document, some of which appear to be used for nothing more than titles, but those are not the bookmark names. To get the bookmark name for a formfield, right-click on it and examine its properties.

The txt field has properties like, Typ of text (normal text), length of text (unlimited)and all of them has same properties. Some are controlfields.

hope I was correct in understanding the question.

One of the properties for a formfield is 'Bookmark' to process the data with a macro, one needs to know the bookmark names or have some other way of relating the fields in one document to the fields in another.

To give yourself an idea of what's involved, imagine you're in my situation. I have never seen the documents, so I need clear instructions on where I can find the 'name' field in the source document and the corresponding field in the destination document. The same applies to every datum you want to transfer. That's basically how a macro works. A macro has no idea of how the documents are structured; all it has is a set of instructions and, if they're wrong, you might end up with the macro crashing or putting data where they don't belong.

I don't know what you mean by 'controlfields'.

I don't know if this helps, but say you have:

FF_Doc_A.doc has x formfields (x = any number)
FF_Doc_B.doc has x formfields

FF_Doc.B formfield names match EXACTLY the names in FF_Doc_A. The results of the formfields in B becomes equal to the results of the identically named formfields in A. For the code below, the ActiveDocument is FF_Doc_A, and FF_Doc_B is open (i.e. in the Documents collection).
N.B. to be proper code, the above needs testing for type of formfields. Dropdown fornfields will fail (but the code can be altered to make them work). It works best for text formfields. It is only to give you an idea.
