Try putting the While - Wend statement inside the If statement rather than around it

Code:

    If OptionButton1 = True Then
        While Selection.Find.Execute
                Selection.Font.Size = Selection.Font.Size + SizeIncrease
        Wend
    Else
        >ETC,ETC,ETC<

Does that fix the issue?
