A colleague and I are trying to assist a new employee with adding the same simple macro we use (paste unformatted), but we can't get any keyboard shortcuts to work. The macro works fine from the QAT (or QAT keyboard shortcut, Alt+digit).
I notice that in the new employee's VBA, top left, Module 1 is inserted below This Document, while in ours, it is directly under Normal. I don't know enough to know why, and since she has already set up various other shortcuts for herself, I don't want to replace her Normal.dotm or delete anything that will require her to redo her work. I can't seem to move the module, either. Can you please explain to me how to solve the problem? |

Your colleague's setup suggests the code module has been inserted into an active document, rather than into the Normal template. You should be able to drag it from one to the other.
