Is there a way to automatically convert date entries dd/mm/yyyy in specific cell to Month dd, yyyy (example 25/12/2012 convert to December 25, 2012)

help appreciated.

If you place a date picker content control in the cell and set its properties with a MMMM dd, yyyy format then if you type 12/25/2012 into the date picker it will convert when you exit the content control.
