I'm not too familiar with PDF's, but from what I do know I don't think it would suit our purposes, as the content does need to be edited (i.e. situation specific information added).
My boss does realise that once the document is open, users can save it locally and work on it, he is just wanting to put things in place to discourage that. i.e. if they open a hyperlink & then fill in a userform and print it, then *hopefully* they won't! |
