I have an application in Excel that is used to perform inspections of water treatment facilities. After the inspection, the Excel worksheets are filled with information. A button on the ribbon is then used to create a summary of this information. Another button on the ribbon is used to generate a letter based on the summary information. Mail Merge is used to extract the Excel data and populate the Word template.
The template has a title block (as a picture). This title block has the Denver address only. I would like to copy OVER this title block with another that contains the address of the Grand Junction office or the Pueblo office. What VBA code allows me to write over an existing title block picture on the template? Or maybe delete the existing title block picture - I could than add the required title block. I already wrote code that adds the additional address block (GJ or Pueblo) under the existing title block picture, but would rather clean it up and have it all in the same area. I would like to attach screen shots of what I currently have and what I would like, but do not know how. Last edited by kckay; 05-17-2012 at 08:45 PM. Reason: Additional info |

Never mind. I hacked it and used a selection.delete to remove the original title block, then added the new title block with the additional address.
