Hi Michael,

It's not just 'a bit more complicated', it's a great deal more complicated - especially when you get to the 'REMAINDER UNCHANGED' part.

What it seems you'll need is an array in which to hold each of the 11? location names, string variables to hold the most recent data for each location, another set of string variables to hold the accumulated data for each location, some 'Find' logic to identify each bulletin and, having done so, to retrieve the bulltetin ID and to update the variables for each of the locations referred to in it. This needs to be repeated for all bulletins, after which, a document for each location can be created and saved. This is no trivial task!
