Hidden tables?
I have a bunch of checklists for my card collecting hobby, that I developed under Word 2002. I'm now running Word 2007 in compatibility mode. The checklists are composed of a few tables, generally information about the set of cards, followed by a table listing the cards in the set. I have about 30 of these things. Today, I noticed that on 75% of these checklists, only the top table is displayed in Word. The bottom table is missing. 25% of the checklists display properly. If I attempt to print the checklist, every one of them is displayed properly, including the missing portion. I'm sure I've got some setting screwed up somewhere. Can anyone help? Thanks. |

Hi dluhop,
Two possibilities: 1. your display driver needs updating; and/or 2. you formatted parts of the tables as hidden text and have Word configured to print but not display it. Clicking on the ¶ symbol on the Home tab should be enough to indicate whether this might be the case.
