Ah, what a difference a word makes

. The help file was very confusing. The 2 sticking points I was having were; 1) the contents of the 1st cell need to be highlighted (I gather this is what you meant by "selected") not just have the cursor blinking in the cell. 2) In the cross reference box I expected to see something that refered to the numbers in the cell and not "bookmark.txt" and other completely unapplicable choices.
