Reposition Table
I have created a table in Word (v 2007). The table spans several pages and starts at the top of page 1. I want to move the table down a few lines so I can insert a line of Text above the table. How do I reposition the table?
Thanks, Art |

Table
Hi, Jonart. simply place your cursor in the first cell and press Enter to create a paragraph before the table.

I tried this. Placed the cursor immediately before the first word in the upper left corner cell of the table and pushed enter. All that does is move the text in that cell down a line. The table does not move.

Moving
Try turning on display of hidden characters (Ctrl+Shift+8). I think you have a paragraph above your table already. If so, your left arrow key will take your cursor to it from left of the first letter in the first cell.
Does this solve it? Best, Ulodesk |

Ulodesk. When I turned on Display Hidden Characters I found a number of things that were causing problems.
Thanks, Jonart |
