Table Jumps to Next Page
Some of my tables are mysteriously jumping to the next page leaving only the header row behind. How do I correct this? See attached picture.

It looks like the top row might be splitting. Select Table Properties and then the Row tab. Uncheck "Allow row to break across pages." See if that fixes it.

Table rows
It's hard to tell from your image, but it appears to me that, in fact, it is your rows that are not breaking across the page-break, i.e., the header row is repeating, as you may want it to, but your regular rows are not breaking. This could be due to one of two causes:
1. See if table properties/row has the Allow row to break across pages is unchecked when you select the rows 2. If it is checked, have a look at the paragraph settings for the text in the table; keep lines together, page break before, and/or keep with next may affect this. Best, Ulo |

Thank you both for your recommendations. Turns out I had to deselect "keep with next" in the line & page break options.
