Default Automatically add a row

I am trying to have a control on my document that when a user has inputted data into the final cell in a word table they get an option to insert a new row.

I have multiple tables that i need this function to work.
I am not experienced in this at all so any help is appreciated.

Is this not just about knowing how to do it?

If your cursor is in the last cell of a table, press Tab to insert a new row automagically.

Use Tab or Shift-Tab to move from cell to cell in a table.
